What is Blue IQ Edutec Academy?
Blue IQ Edutec Academy (BIQET Academy) is a digital learning platform dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and small business owners with practical skills, knowledge, and tools for sustainable business growth. Our interactive courses provide valuable insights, strategies, and resources specifically tailored for navigating the unique challenges and opportunities within the South African business environment.
Account and login
I'm a new user. How do I create an account?
Click "Sign up" on the top menu bar and create a new account. You can create new account manually or you can sign in using existing social media accounts. You can either sign in with your Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google, and Apple ID credentials.
How do I login?
If you have used your email to register for the school, fill out your e-mail and password in the login form and click "Sign in".
If you have previously used a social account (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, Apple) to register at the school, then you will need to click on the Sign-in button on the top bar and select the relevant social login.
How can I change my password?
Sign in, select "Me" → “Profile” from the top menu bar and click Edit → Account Security and enter your new password.
You can also request a password reset link, by clicking on "Forgot your password" found on the Sign in form.
Purchasing and payment
How do I purchase and enroll in a course?
To enroll in a course, follow these simple steps:
- Select a Course: Visit our Course Catalogue or the specific course sales page. Here, you will find details on course content and pricing. Click the Enroll button to proceed.
- Create or Log in to Your Account: If you're new, sign up and create an account. If you're already registered, simply log in to your existing account.
- Billing Information: Enter your billing details, including your name, address, postal code, and country. If applicable, include your Business Tax ID.
- Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method and enter your payment details (Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVC). We accept all major credit cards.
- Discount Codes: If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the designated field before completing payment.
After successful payment, your course will be immediately accessible, and you can start learning right away!
